US Department of Energy announced a request for proposals for HALEU deconversion services. This is part of the DoE HALEU Availability Program supported by $700 million under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

Programs supporting HALEU were also discussed in FY2022 and FY2023 budgets.
