On 5 May 2014, Alexander Glaser and Zia Mian gave a presentation at the 2014 NPT Prepcom in New York on next steps the nuclear weapons states can take to increase transparency of their nuclear weapon and fissile material stockpiles as part of meeting their obligations under the NPT 2010 "Action Plan on Nuclear Disarmament."
