In its annual report of civilian plutonium holdings, published by IAEA as document INFCIRC/549/add.7-10, China declared having 13.8 kg of unirradiated separated plutonium "in product stores at reprocessing plants." In its previous declaration, which reported plutonium holdings as of the end of 2008 and 2009, China reported no separated plutonium.
