A power outage at the USEC American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio on June 11, 2011 damaged six centrifuges of the test cascade that has been operating there since March 2010. The incident reportedly affected about "three dozen" centrifuges operating at the time. The full cascade reportedly includes 50 centrifuges.
