Monju reactor is unlikely to start until 2014

Japan's Monju fast neutron reactor is unlikely to resume operations until 2014, according to reports. The reactor was restarted in May 2010 after a 14-year shutdown, but was shut down again in August 2010, after an accident during a refueling operation.
