Malaysia and Luxembourg formally informed the IAEA that they would like to subscribe to the statement on Minimizing and Eliminating the Use of Highly Enriched Uranium in Civilian Applications (INFCIRC/912). The letters were published by the IAEA as documents INFCIRC/912/Add.1 and INFCIRC/912/Add.2 respectively.
