To denounce the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America on the Disposition of Plutonium Designated as No Longer Required for Defense Purposes, Management of Such Plutonium, and Cooperation in This Field, signed in Moscow on 29 August 2000 and in Washington on 1 September 2000, the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America on the Disposition of Plutonium Designated as No Longer Required for Defense Purposes, Management of Such Plutonium, and Cooperation in This Field, signed in Washington on 15 September 2006, and the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America on the Disposition of Plutonium Designated as No Longer Required for Defense Purposes, Management of Such Plutonium, and Cooperation in This Field, signed in Washington on 13 April 2010.
